Shipping & Delivery
> Can I change my order once it’s placed?
We fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will try our very best to stop your order. Then you can reorder the correct item, however, it’s not a guarantee that we can cancel the order.
> Where is the rest of my order?
If you bought multiple items, they may ship separately. In order to expedite the processing of your order, we might ship your item separately based on availability, or they’re coming from multiple locations. Each shipment comes with valid tracking information. We will notify you via email.
> How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) in the US. Orders placed after 1PM PST may take an extra business day to deliver. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and shipment.
> When will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order had been packed, your shipping label will be generated, which will automatically email you the tracking information. Please note, all USPS, FedEx and UPS shipments are collected around 4 PM PST, so tracking numbers will not show any movement on the website before this time. USPS tracking numbers may take an extra day as packages are collected in the morning.
> Where is my stuff?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with the confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
If tracking number indicates that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, then please email us with your order ID and the issue. We will open a case with our carrier and try to resolve the issue.

> How soon will I get my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
